- Pre-Adjustment Exercises: General neck exercises. Do these before your visit and daily between visits
- Correcting Forward Head Posture: Helps to bring neck into better alignment over body
- Neck Stretch: Stretches neck and forearms
- Side Bend and Rib Opener: Stretches arms and shoulders as well as sides of rib cage. Great for breathing and lungs!
- Shoulder Opener: Easy movement to open up and lubricate the shoulder joints
- Upper Back and Shoulder Opener: Rotates and stretches wrist. Then moves and stretches shoulders, upper back and chest.
- Shoulder and Arm Twist: Opens up the shoulder joints and stretches the neck.
- Hip Flexor Stretch: Great for tight lower back. Practice if you’ve been sitting or bending a lot.
- Picking Cherries: Decompresses lower back and stretches upper back and rib cage.
- Hip Rotations: Opens up hips and lower back.
- The Pump: Great for lower back. Good if you’ve been sitting a while or need to get your energy up.
- Spinal Rotation: Twisting exercise to open upper, middle and lower back.
- Spinal Cord Breathing: Great for your whole spine! Stretches and extends upper back, chest and lower back. Great if you’ve been sitting for a while, working on the computer or driving.
- Shaking: Great overall tension release.
- Straighten Up America: Series of movements designed to open up your body and improve your posture. Great for everyone!
